Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in LOGIKONTROL SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute overall project contract matters independently from project initiation up to final account closure.
• Prepare progress claims, evaluate subcontractor claims, verify variation orders (VOs), and manage timely progress billings.
• Prepare monthly project cost control reports, cash flow projections, and budget reviews for management.
• Handle contract documentation, drafting, and contract administration, ensuring all clauses protect the company’s commercial interests.
• Resolve contractual disputes, claims, and valuation disagreements with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate competitive pricing from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibility as set by superiors

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, civil engineering, construction management or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in construction industry, preferably with involvement of goverment project.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in Petaling Jaya.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
