Full Time Senior Data Scientist, Applied AI (2-year Contract) Jobs, in Eames Consulting - Maukerja

A growing organisation is building out a central team that sits between strategy and on-the-ground delivery, turning AI ambitions into products that the business actually uses. They’re looking for an experienced, hands-on data scientist to join as an individual contributor and help lead that build.

What you’ll be working on

• Design, build and ship applied data science and machine learning products, from traditional ML through to generative and agentic AI use cases
• Work directly with business stakeholders across the organisation to understand their problems, identify where AI can add real value, and translate that into a delivery plan
• Convert technical approaches into business language that non-technical stakeholders can act on, and convert business problems into technical specifications your team can build against
• Partner closely with data science, engineering and product management colleagues on shared deliverables, picking up overlapping work where needed
• Represent the team externally: contribute to internal advocacy, knowledge-sharing sessions and cross-team learning initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Around ten years’ relevant experience in data science or applied machine learning, with a track record of shipping products rather than prototypes
• Strong hands-on technical ability across traditional ML and modern GenAI techniques; exposure to agentic AI frameworks is an advantage
• A genuine interest in the business side of the work: you can explain impact in business terms, not just describe the tooling
• Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders and representing your team’s work beyond your immediate function
