Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service

  • Assist customers with product enquiries and bakery product recommendations

  • Handle customer orders and payments

  • Arrange, display, and replenish bakery products

  • Ensure all bakery products are properly labelled and displayed

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the sales area

  • Monitor product freshness and inform the supervisor of low stock

  • Assist with daily bakery operations and promotional activities

  • Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience
