Full Time Logistics Executive / Senior Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Simosynergy Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics / shipping / supply chain in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Hands-on experience in booking delivery/pick up service through transporters, forwarders, Fedex, DHL, Lalamove, etc..

• Familiar with incoterms and all types of shipping mode such as sea, air and land (cross-border).

• Understand HS code and know when to use/apply SST exemption, e-permit, MIDA exemption, etc..

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (familiar with WeChat).

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skill.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Willing to handle ad-hoc tasks after working hours occasionally.

A. Logistics and Transportation Management

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities.

• Coordinate delivery/pick up schedules with cross functional stakeholders, suppliers, transporters, and freight forwarders.

• Monitor delivery status to ensure on-time delivery.

• Ensure proper handling, loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.

B. Shipping and Import/Export Documentation

• Prepare and verify packing lists, invoices, shipping instructions, and other relevant documents.

• Coordinate export shipments, import shipments, and customs clearance with appointed freight forwarders or Customs agents.

• Ensure shipping documents comply with regulations.

• Maintain proper records of shipment documents and proof of delivery.

C. Cost Control and Performance Monitoring

• Monitor transportation, freight, handling, and other logistics-related expenses.

• Verify transporter/forwarder invoices against agreed rates and actual services provided.

• Identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency.

• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.
