Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be part of the project team and will be responsible for delivering assigned products and modules from requirements gathering through implementation and post-deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, business workshops, and discussions with Business Units, Technology teams, vendors, and System Integrators (SIs).
• Analyse, document, review, and validate business and functional requirements, including Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Requirement Specification Documents (RSDs), user stories, process flows, business rules, and other project documents.
• Work closely with Business Units and implementation partners to ensure requirements are accurately translated into solution designs and delivered in line with business expectations.
• Support end-to-end delivery of assigned products and modules, including requirements clarification, build support, testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilisation.
• Manage requirements traceability and coordinate scope changes, issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with Test Managers and testing teams to support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, defect triage, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
• Support solution reviews, integration discussions, deployment planning, business readiness, and change management activities.
• Support deployment activities during approved change windows, including weekends, public holidays, after-office hours, and overnight deployments, where required by the project.
• Provide post-deployment support, hypercare assistance, and stabilisation following implementation.
• Perform other project-related activities as reasonably required to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of assigned products, modules, or workstreams.
