Full Time Multimedia Content Specialist Jobs, in Concept Dash Federal Territory - Maukerja

About the Role

As Concept Dash builds its presence in Malaysia, we're looking for a Multimedia Content Specialist to be our creative eyes and ears on the ground. You'll capture and produce high-quality photo and video content at industry events, client meetings, and campaigns, then turn that content into engaging stories across social media, web, and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and client meetings across Malaysia.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, event highlights, and social media content.
• Edit and retouch photography for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Write captions, event recaps, and short-form copy to accompany visual content.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify key moments and content opportunities.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across photo, video, and multimedia content.
• Organise and manage raw and edited media assets for ongoing use.
• Support the creation of presentations, marketing collateral, and campaign assets.
• Assist with content planning, equipment, shot lists, and event schedules.
• Stay updated on content trends and formats relevant to Malaysian and regional audiences.
• Support social media scheduling and content coordination as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film, Photography, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, photography, or multimedia production.
• Strong photography and videography skills with a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom for photo editing.
• Understanding of content formats and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Strong English communication and content-writing skills.
• Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.
• Creative eye for storytelling, composition, and visual detail.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assets, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently at events and managing content capture in real time.
• Based in or around Kuala Lumpur, with willingness to travel within Malaysia.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, based on event schedules.
• Own camera or videography equipment is an advantage but not required.

Budget: 2,500.00 (MYR) - 3,700.00 (MYR) per month
