AIsa is building the Trusted Resource and Transaction Network for Enterprise AI Agents. We are looking for a hands-on Group Finance Manager to take end-to-end ownership of finance operations across our international entities.
About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will independently manage the group’s day-to-day finance function, from accounting and reconciliations to financial close, reporting and compliance coordination. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely work and following issues through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-set accounting across group entities, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, expenses, bank reconciliations and payroll coordination
- Manage month-end and year-end closing, intercompany reconciliations, group consolidation and financial reporting
- Prepare management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts and variance analysis to support the CFO’s decisions
- Maintain visibility over cash balances, payment obligations and working capital across entities
- Coordinate tax filings, statutory reporting and audits with external accountants and advisers, ensuring complete records, timely delivery and resolution of outstanding matters
- Establish and improve financial controls, approval workflows, accounting systems and documentation
- Support fundraising, investor reporting and due diligence with reliable financial information and supporting schedules
- Take ownership of finance tasks from initiation through execution, reconciliation and final resolution, proactively identifying gaps and following up with stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with strong hands-on closing, reconciliation and reporting skills
- Previous Big 4 experience preferred
- ACCA, CPA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred
- Ability to independently manage group finance operations and competing priorities under the CFO’s leadership
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment and a high level of accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup and communicating with colleagues and external advisers across jurisdictions
- Multi-entity, cross-border or group consolidation experience is an advantage
