Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern is a contract, remote role focused on supporting Cybernet Consulting’s online presence and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media content planning, producing posts and visuals aligned with marketing objectives, and scheduling content across platforms. The intern monitors engagement, responds to comments and messages under guidance, and helps analyze metrics to optimize campaigns. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with team members on digital marketing initiatives, conducting basic market or competitor research, and contributing ideas for community-building and audience growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an interest in data-driven campaign optimization.
• Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including crafting clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messages.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and basic analytics tools.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn about technology, AI, and digital transformation.
