Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures by preparing instruments, equipment, and materials.
• Attend to patients before, during, and after dental treatments, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Manage patient appointments, registration, enquiries, and follow-up arrangements.
• Maintain proper sterilisation and cleanliness of dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Perform administrative duties, including documentation, data entry, billing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Coordinate with dentists and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Provide courteous assistance, address patients’ enquiries, and deliver a positive patient experience.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support the dental team.
