Full Time Copier Technician (Indoor - Outdoor) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,600 in Align Plus Pte. Ltd. Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are a leading office automation provider specializing in multi-functional printers (MFPs) and photocopiers. To support our expanding service team, we are hiring Experienced Technicians (3–5 years experience).

Both roles are based at our main office in Ubi, but we have TWO (2) distinct positions available depending on your transport availability.

1. POSITION OVERVIEW & COMPENSATION

Position A: Indoor Technician

• Salary Range: $2,000 – $3,200
• Working Mode: Fully office-based. Focuses on in-house repairs and machine refurbishment.
• Vehicle Requirement: Not required.

Position B: Outdoor Technician (Office + On-Site)

• Salary Range: $2,400 – $3,600 + Transport Allowance
• Working Mode: Office-based, but will be dispatched to travel to customer places to service and fix machines when required.
• Vehicle Requirement: Must possess own transport (Class 2/3 license with own motorcycle/van/car).

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Shared Job Scope)

• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose, dismantle, repair, and reassemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of major brand MFPs/copiers.
• Maintenance & Overhaul: Perform routine servicing, parts replacement (rollers, fuser units, drums, transfer belts), and preventative maintenance.
• Machine Refurbishment: Inspect, overhaul, and test trade-in or rental machines to ready them for deployment.
• IT & Network Integration: Configure print drivers, IP networking settings, Scan-to-Email, and Scan-to-Folder setups.
• On-Site Dispatch (For Outdoor Role Only): Travel to customer places to perform on-site troubleshooting, urgent breakdown repairs, and basic user training for clients.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience servicing photocopiers/MFPs
• Skills: Strong understanding of copier mechanics, print-quality troubleshooting, and basic IT networking (TCP/IP, Windows/Mac environments).
• Requirement for Outdoor Role Only: Valid Class 2 or 3 license with own personal vehicle to attend to customer onsite calls.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,600.00 per month
