Assist and provide information to visitors
Perform ticketing and admission check
Manage crowd flow to ensure smooth daily operations
Support attraction events and programmes
Deliver a friendly customer service experience
Employment Details
Weekday: $10/hour
Weekend: $12/hour
Public Holiday: Up to $18/hour
Minimum 3–4 days per week (including weekends)
6–10 hours per shift
Operating hours: 8:30am – 10:00pm (Rostered by the manager; can indicate unavailable dates)
Location: Near Bayfront MRT (CE1/DT16)
