Full Time Cafe Operations - Training Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Arest Cafe Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on F&B Operations & Training Manager to oversee and improve our café operations while developing and delivering training programs for our outlet teams.

This role is suitable for someone who has strong practical knowledge in both Kitchen Operations and Café Bar Operations, and is able to train, coach and develop staff to consistently follow company standards and SOPs.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working directly in outlets — not only conducting classroom training, but also demonstrating the correct operational procedures hands-on.

Key Responsibilities：

• Oversee daily Kitchen & Café Bar operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and maintain F&B SOPs, quality and hygiene standards.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching for Kitchen, Bar and Service teams.
• Conduct outlet visits, operational checks and staff competency assessments.
• Train new staff and support new outlet opening & menu launches.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Coach Outlet Managers and Supervisors to improve team performance.
• Ensure consistent food, beverage and service standards across all outlets.

Requirements：

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B / Café operations.
• Previous experience as F&B Manager, Café Manager, Operations Manager, Training Manager, Area Manager or F&B Trainer is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of both Kitchen and Café Bar operations.
• Proven experience in staff training and coaching.
• Experience working with multiple outlets is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of F&B SOP, food safety, hygiene and quality control.
• Able to conduct practical, hands-on training.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and travel between outlets when required.
• Own transport is preferred.
• Candidates with strong Barista / Café / Kitchen operational experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
