Job Description

·       Preparequantity take-offs and BOQs for equipment, piping and structural works.

·       Preparecost estimates, tender pricing and quotations.

·       Reviewdrawings, specifications and contractual scope.

·       Conductsite measurements and verify completed work.

·       Preparemonthly progress claims and evaluate subcontractor claims.

·       Prepareand manage Variation Order claims.

·       Obtainand evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.

·       Monitorproject costs, budgets and commercial performance.

·       Coordinatewith project, engineering, procurement and construction teams.

·       Assistwith final accounts and project commercial close-out.

·      Other ad-hoc duties deemed fit and necessary bythe company.

Requirements:

·       Diploma/Degreein Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

·       Preferably3–5 years' relevant experience in mechanical construction/maintenance.

·       Experiencein equipment, piping and structural steel works is preferred.

·       Goodknowledge of quantity take-off, estimation, progress claims, VO and costcontrol.

·       Ableto work independently and perform site measurements when required.
