Marine Operations Manager:

OperationalOversight:

Oversee all dailyoperational activities for CTS (Singapore) and efficiently allocatemanpower, tools, and technical resources to support ongoing projects.

ClientCoordination:

Serve as theprimary, central point of contact connecting clients, the internalworkshop, fabrication teams, riding squads, vendors, accounts, andtop management.

Vessel & VoyageTracking:

Monitor vesselschedules, port arrivals, and coastal timelines to plan and executejobs with precision timing.

PortDocumentation & Compliance: P

repare, manage, andsecure all necessary maritime safety clearances, port passes, andboarding permits required for riding squads and technical teams to goonboard vessels.

Supply Chain &Vendor Liaison:

Source, evaluate,and coordinate with vendors and shipping agents for supply/servicearrangements

Education:
Minimum Diploma / Degree inMaritime Studies, Marine Engineering,or a related discipline.

(A SpecialistDiploma in Maritime Operations / Superintendency is a distinctadvantage).
Strong situational awareness, ability to operateunder tight deadlines, and excellent negotiation/communication skillsin English to handle multiple clients.

Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience inShipping industry – 3 years in any service / repair / managementcompany related to shipping.
