:
Arrange shipments and track shipments
Prepare and maintain shipping documents and delivery records
Liaise with local and overseas customers
Handle customer enquiries and complaints regarding shipment status, delivery schedules and logistics services.
Coordinate with warehouse, transport and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
