Responsibilities
Lead the monthly financial closing and reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of management and HQ reports.
Review monthly management accounts and perform in-depth analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet variances, trends and key financial drivers.
Provide clear financial insights and commentary to Management to support performance monitoring, forecasting and business decisions.
Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary on corporate governance activities, including Board Resolutions, statutory documentation and related compliance matters.
Lead the coordination of the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Manage and coordinate tax compliance activities covering GST, Corporate Income Tax and transfer pricing in accordance with applicable Singapore requirements.
Monitor financial and statutory compliance matters and ensure relevant reporting and documentation are maintained accurately and on a timely basis.
Support continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, controls and management information.
Work collaboratively with internal departments, external auditors, tax advisors and other stakeholders on finance and compliance matters.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting and projects to support Management and business requirements.
