• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, delivery, warehousing, and distribution.
• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and transportation requirements.
• Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and delivery personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Track transportation costs and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation for deliveries, shipments, inventory, and logistics transactions.
• Monitor vehicle and transportation requirements, including maintenance and scheduling.
• Resolve delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, and other logistics-related issues promptly.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service standards.
