Responsibilities
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other channels.
Build and optimise conversion funnels, landing pages and sales pages through A/B testing.
Develop compelling hooks, messaging and direct-response copy for ads, videos, emails and web content.
Conceptualise video and visual ad creatives, including scripts, storyboards and creative briefs.
Work with designers, video editors and content teams to produce high-converting marketing assets.
Leverage Gen AI tools to improve creative development and campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and stay updated on new marketing trends and channels.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital, performance or advertising marketing.
Strong direct-response copywriting and creative thinking skills.
Comfortable working with numbers, campaign metrics and performance data.
Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.
Interest in finance, investing or trading is an advantage.

Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
