Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Batu Pahat. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and clinic staff, through regular visits and product presentations. The role includes managing a designated territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards. Daily activities involve scheduling appointments, following up on inquiries, providing product information and samples, and monitoring market trends and competitors. The representative will also prepare reports, maintain accurate customer records, and collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates with Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and sales target achievement will have advantages
• Fresh grad is welcomed, training is provided
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product profiles, indications, and safety information.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, or a related commercial role.
• Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business) or equivalent experience.
• Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Driving license and ability to travel around Johor is compulsory
