About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, an established company serving the Oil & Gas and Power industries, RIHGA is currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to be based in Sepanggar, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

This is a senior commercial position responsible for leading the sales team, driving business performance and supporting the company's continued market development within the Oil & Gas and Power sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the team to achieve annual sales and operational targets.
• Drive sales activities and support business development within the Oil & Gas and Power industries.
• Monitor sales performance and overall market development.
• Report progress, sales activities and market development to shareholders and management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry and sales, with a good track record.
• Must possess at least a Degree in Engineering, preferably in a Mechanical-related discipline.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Possess own transport.
• Must be willing to be based in / travel to Sepanggar, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
