Responsibilities
Primary Objective
- Supervising and monitoring of acquiring monitoring & investigations.
- Conduct internal and external fraud investigation, e.g. staffs, merchants, cardholders and applicants whenever required.
- Identify latest fraud trends and to introduce or recommend best practices, controls and prevention methods.
- Initiate and assist in apprehension or arrest if necessary.
- Assist & work with the law enforcement agencies in the investigations.
- Networking with Malaysian issuer to combat fraud.
- Conduct training for merchants, staffs and assisting training for officers in law enforcement agencies.
- Support Circle Lead to Manage Internal and External Service Providers to ensure implementation of Service Level Agreements, Terms of Engagement, Service Quality Standards, Process Times, Unit Cost, Efficiency & Effectiveness
- Work as a Team to Deliver the Department’s Overall Goals for
- Shareholders in terms of financial achievements
- Customers in terms of customer satisfaction measures
- and Employees in making RHB the Best Place to Work
- Support Circle Lead to deliver Team Goals
- Support Circle Lead by continuously challenge status qua as well as research, develop & implement best-in-class practices within team
- Provide best-in-class Daily, Monthly & Quarterly Management Information to Guide & Support Decisions & Actions
- Support Circle Lead by ensuring team is compliant to all local laws, Bank Negara directives and bank’s regulation, and all risks including operation & reputation
