Full Time Human Resources Executive - Kota Damansara Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Mercato Sunway D'hill Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Prepare employment documents, offer letters and onboarding materials.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR files are updated and properly filed.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and staff schedules, and coordinate payroll-related matters.
• Handle employee confirmation, contract renewal, transfer, promotion and resignation processes.
• Manage foreign worker documentation, including work permits, passport records, medical examinations and hostel administration.
• Coordinate mandatory training, food handler training, typhoid vaccinations and other compliance requirements.
• Assist in handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, counselling and grievance issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation and correspondence as required.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist outlet management with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Working Days

• 6 days per week

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
