Job Summary
Saint-Gobain Singapore seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth for building materials and project solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions to meet their needs effectively
Follow up on sales leads and negotiate contract terms to achieve or exceed sales targets
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine and adapt sales strategies
Deliver excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Handle customer feedback professionally to resolve issues and improve service quality
Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to customer needs to facilitate contract closure
Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites to showcase product features and benefits
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred)
