Full Time Assistant Manager - Warehouse - Logistics Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in QL Maxincome (FamilyMart MY) Selangor - Maukerja

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery and replenishment operations for all vending machine locations.
• Lead and supervise drivers, logistics staff and delivery teams.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes, schedules and manpower allocation.
• Monitor on-time delivery, route completion and driver productivity.
• Ensure accurate loading, delivery, returns and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption and transportation costs.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, safety and roadworthiness.
• Ensure compliance with logistics SOPs, safety requirements and delivery procedures.
• Handle emergency delivery requirements and manpower shortages.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly logistics performance reports.
• Any other duties as deemed necessary.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution or Fleet Operations.
• Experience in managing drivers, delivery teams and daily route operations.
• Strong knowledge of route planning, delivery scheduling, fleet management and manpower planning.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Posses GDL License and willing to work in Shah Alam

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
