• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

• Experience in plantation, agriculture, FMCG, retail, or export industries is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and analytical skills

• Familiarity with inventory and procurement processes preferred

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the role

We are seeking an Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance team in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a growing player in the durian plantation, retail, e-commerce, and export sector.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

• Prepare monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and assist in month-end closing

• Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with MPERS and local tax regulations

• Monitor inventory and procurement transactions to ensure accurate recording

• Assist in managing cash flow, supplier payments, and customer collections

• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies when required

• Provide accounting support for plantation operations, retail sales, e-commerce, and export activities

• Contribute to process improvements and maintain proper documentation
