Summary Benefit :
Salary: $2,300 – $2,500 per month (estimated gross)
Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am–12:30pm
Work Location: Full-time on-site
Responsibilities :
Support the Project Manager and Site Engineers in monitoring and reporting the progress and quality of ACMV works.
Supervise and coordinate ACMV installation works, including ductwork, piping, equipment installation and related mechanical services.
Monitor daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed safely and according to schedule.
Review ACMV drawings, technical specifications and site requirements to ensure proper execution of works.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and site personnel to resolve installation issues and minimise delays.
Attend daily site coordination meetings and provide updates on work progress.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Site Manager.
Requirements :
Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline is preferred.
Relevant experience supervising ACMV installation works.
Familiar with ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping and mechanical equipment installation.
Able to read and understand ACMV drawings and technical specifications.
Good knowledge of site coordination, installation quality and workplace safety.
Able to coordinate subcontractors and communicate effectively with site personnel.
Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently on-site.
