Job Summary
Join China’s leading coconut beverage brand as a team member at our new ION Orchard outlet. Prepare beverages, deliver excellent customer service, maintain hygiene standards, and support daily operations in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare beverages accurately following YEE3 recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent product quality
Deliver friendly and professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and promote the brand experience
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards to comply with health regulations and ensure a safe environment
Assist with daily outlet operations to support smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
Support the team during opening hours and peak periods to manage high customer volume effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate a passionate and service-minded attitude to contribute positively to the team and customer experience
Apply an energetic approach to handle busy periods and a dynamic work environment
Possess a Food Hygiene Certificate (advantageous)
