About the Role

We're looking for Product Managers who think beyond backlogs, requirements, and feature delivery. Join our AI-native Product Management team, embedded within the product lifecycle of a licensed B2C operator.

You'll work alongside product leaders, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to discover opportunities, solve complex player experience problems, and deliver measurable product outcomes.

We are transforming how Product Management works by integrating Claude and other AI tools into everyday product discovery, analysis, solution exploration, and delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking, analytical capabilities, and a passion for using AI to work smarter and build better products.

Exceptional candidates with strong product leadership capabilities may be considered for a Lead Product Manager position.

What You'll Do

• Drive Product Discovery: Identify player pain points and opportunities through behavioral analysis, user journeys, competitive research, and data-driven insights.
• Own Player Experience Improvements: Enhance core player journeys, including account management, authentication, navigation, gaming experiences, and platform usability.
• Work AI-Natively: Leverage Claude and other AI tools to accelerate research, problem framing, journey mapping, hypothesis generation, solution exploration, and product documentation.
• Shape Product Solutions: Collaborate with designers and engineers to explore solutions, validate assumptions, define requirements, and make informed product trade-offs.
• Drive Delivery & Optimization: Work across the product lifecycle, from discovery and development to launch, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver Business Outcomes: Use product analytics and experimentation to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and player satisfaction while considering security, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2C digital products, consumer platforms, or high-volume transactional environments.
• Strong product discovery, problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical capabilities.
• Hands-on experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable AI tools for meaningful product work—not just content generation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clearly defined product problems and actionable solutions.
• Good understanding of UX principles, user journeys, conversion funnels, and product performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating with Product Design, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Proactive, outcome-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or other high-transaction B2C platforms.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, user account systems, or third-party integrations.
• Experience with product analytics, SQL, A/B testing, or experimentation.
• Familiarity with Claude Projects, Claude Code, AI agents, or structured AI-assisted workflows
