INTERNAL CUSTOMER SUCCESS | CITO TEAM | ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY

We are partnering with a large international technology group undergoing a significant digital transformation to appoint an experienced professional who will help reshape how their businesses and employees interact with technology in the workplace. This is a individual contributor role as part of the CITO Office, and a unique opportunity to champion the voice of the user, ensuring that digital solutions are not only technically effective but also intuitive, accessible and genuinely improve the employee experience.

The Opportunity

Working across technology and business functions, you will:

• Champion a user-centric approach to technology initiatives, working with product managers to feedback on solution design through implementation and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to simplify employee journeys, eliminate friction and improve digital experiences.
• Influence technology and process decisions by bringing an independent, user-focused perspective.
• Establish practical measures of user readiness, service quality and adoption.
• Translate feedback and operational insights into meaningful improvements.
• Collaborate with technology teams and senior stakeholders to drive better outcomes from digital transformation initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome professionals with 7+ years of experience in areas such as:

• Digital transformation and employee experience
• Service design and customer experience
• Product management and digital adoption
• IT service management and service improvement
• Deep technical or engineering expertise is not required.

You should have a proven ability to improve end-to-end user experiences, navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decisions without direct authority. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement and an understanding of enterprise technology environments will be important.

This role is applicable for Singaporeans or PRs.
