Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide expert advice on contractual terms and conditions to mitigate risks.
• Maintain and manage a database of contracts and related documentation.
• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal and business needs effectively.
• Monitor contract performance and manage renewals or terminations as required.
• Support dispute resolution processes related to contractual matters.
• Continuously improve contract management processes and tools.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Contract Management Specialist Should Have

• Min. 6 - 8 years of experience in commercial contracting and contract management, ideally within an in-house legal environment.
• A strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Knowledge of the Technology & Telecoms industry is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant legal and contract management software.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
