Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in building/civil/piling construction

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

  • Good understanding of construction drawings

  • Proficient in Autocad

  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently

  • Good communication and documentation skills

  • Immediate availability will be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Taking-Off / Quantity Measurement

  • Preparation & submission of Progress Claims

  • Measurement and valuation of completed works

  • Checking construction drawings and quantities

  • AutoCAD drafting / measurement

  • Assist with project costing and QS documentation

  • Coordinate with site team, consultants and subcontractors
