Job Summary

Support and coordinate daily exhumation and re-interment operations by liaising with teams and stakeholders, monitoring progress, preparing reports, and identifying improvements to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely project execution.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily exhumation and re-interment operations to ensure adherence to schedules and project standards

Collaborate with Field Officers, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows

Track work progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and escalate delays or issues to supervisors promptly

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, established procedures, and project requirements during operations

Maintain accurate operational records and verify data to support effective use of digital systems, including EMS

Prepare and submit timely operational updates, progress reports, and documentation for management review

Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding work status, challenges, and matters needing attention

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders on operational matters

Follow up on management instructions, meeting action items, and outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution

Assist in preparing information, supporting documents, and presentation materials for management and stakeholder meetings

Identify operational issues early and escalate critical matters to management for resolution

Review operational workflows and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

Plan and organise assigned tasks, anticipate operational needs, and ensure deadlines are consistently met

Support implementation of corrective actions and process improvements as directed by management

Demonstrate initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently on assigned responsibilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline

1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, or administration

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable learning and using digital operational systems

Able to conduct site visits and work in outdoor operational environments

Class 3 driving licence is an advantage

Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Effective interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and external parties

Ability to identify operational issues, analyse basic information, and recommend practical solutions

Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through
