Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist the PM in awarded projects‘ kick-off meetings
Organise resources and work out the allocation of tasks to work teams and sub-contractors
Assist the PM with on and off site meetings pertaining to technical issues
Ensure project management tools are updated regularly and documentation properly done
Inspect all installations and carry out inspections with Clients and Consultants’ representatives
Conduct Testing and Commissioning (T&C) and prepare T&C reports
Design corrective actions and mitigate scope and schedules
Assist the PM in demobilizing and handling over projects to customers
Co-ordinate internal resources and vendors for projects execution
Facilitate and oversee the smooth execution of all other project matters
