Job Description & Requirements

• Food preparation, cooking, presentation of food and cleanup.
• Operations Oversight: Manage daily kitchen workflow, coordinate food preparation, and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Staff Management: Schedule shifts, train new team members, supervise performance, and assign station tasks.
• Quality Control: Monitor food taste, portion control, and visual presentation to match brand standards.
• Taking stock of ingredients and equipment.
• Placing orders to replenish stock.
• Friendly personality, Positive attitude and Team player.
• Dedicated with desire to strive towards excellence.
• Build teamwork to improve productivity.
• Ad hoc dutie
