Opportunity
Salary: up to $15.70 /hr
Contract : 6 months
Join a government agency and play a key role in supporting the operations and management of Singapore's hawker centres.
Gain exposure to stakeholder engagement, operations management and ground operations in a dynamic environment.
Work closely with operators, stallholders and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and service delivery.
Job Scope
Conduct inspections of hawker centres, monitor cleanliness, maintenance standards and compliance with regulations.
Handle enquiries, feedback and operational matters from stallholders through phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
Prepare reports, maintain records, support outreach activities and assist with incident management and operational audits.
Requirements
Comfortable with field-based work and working in a market/hawker centre environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
