Mission Group is hiring a Baker for our central kitchen at Hersing Kitchen, Tampines. We bake breads, buns and pastries for well-loved restaurants like Chin Mee Chin and Casa Vostra.

What you’ll do:


Mix, shape, proof and bake breads, buns and pastries
Follow recipes and daily production plans
Make sure every batch looks and tastes consistent
Keep your station clean and follow food hygiene rules
Help pack and prepare deliveries to outlets


What we’re looking for:


Baking experience preferred; freshers with strong interest welcome, and we’ll train you
Able to do early-morning shifts, weekends and PHs
Food Hygiene Cert (Level 1) is a plus, or we can help you get one
Hardworking, punctual, team player
