I Can Read and Oodles Math Toa Payoh is a learning centre in the heart of Toa Payoh, bringing together English literacy and maths under one roof for children from the age of five through to secondary school. We are part of the I Can Read network, which has been helping children across Singapore become confident readers for over 25 years, alongside Oodles Math, which supports primary and secondary school students with maths in small classes. Our team works closely with parents, from the first free assessment to every step of their child’s progress, so each family feels known and looked after. We opened in October 2025, and the people who join us now will help shape the centre as it grows.
