Job Description

Responsibilities

Technical Project Manager / Scrum Team Lead (Payment Program)

  • 8 - 10 years of experience leading technical projects or Scrum teams, preferably in

payments or banking industry.

  • Hands-on experience working with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Familiar with modern software delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git, CI/CD

pipelines.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog

refinement, and demos.

  • Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure consistent delivery of

sprint commitments.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage

technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Knowledge on below skills/domain/ platform will be preferred:
  • SWIFT, MT, ISO 20022 messaging standard
  • Cross Border Payment, Payment APIs and orchestration platforms
  • Corporate Banking Channel
