Private Space Aesthetics & Wellness is looking for an
Assistant Clinic Manager
who combines strong
medical aesthetic treatment support skills, consultative sales ability
and a genuine interest in
clinic operations.
This is a hands-on, senior-level position for someone who has established themselves as a capable Senior Aesthetic Therapist and Sales Consultant, and is ready to take on broader responsibilities beyond their own treatments and sales.
You may already be helping to coordinate a clinic, supporting your colleagues or taking ownership of day-to-day operations, even if you have not yet held a formal management position. We are looking for someone with the maturity, initiative and commercial awareness to help run the clinic effectively and develop towards a full Clinic Manager role over time.
Working closely with our Medical Director and operations leadership, you will contribute to client experience, sales performance, treatment delivery and daily clinic operations. This is an opportunity to broaden your business and operational experience while continuing to apply your strengths in aesthetics and client care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Experience & Sales Performance
Conduct professional, needs-based consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
Build strong client relationships through attentive service, appropriate follow-up and a consistent focus on client satisfaction.
Follow up on enquiries and treatment recommendations, and contribute towards individual and overall clinic sales targets.
Handle client feedback and routine service concerns professionally, escalating clinical or more complex matters when appropriate.
Maintain high standards of service throughout the client's journey, from enquiry and consultation to treatment and post-treatment follow-up.
2. Aesthetic Treatments & Clinical Support
Perform facials and non-invasive aesthetic treatments within your training, competency and scope of practice.
Prepare treatment rooms and clients, and assist doctors during aesthetic procedures as required.
Maintain appropriate hygiene, treatment protocols, equipment care and room readiness.
Ensure treatment records and relevant documentation are completed accurately.
Support a safe, organised and professional treatment environment.
3. Daily Clinic Operations
Take ownership of day-to-day clinic readiness and frontline operations, including appointments, client enquiries, billing and coordination of the treatment schedule.
Monitor inventory, skincare products and consumables, and assist with stock replenishment and supplier coordination.
Ensure equipment, treatment rooms and shared spaces are properly maintained and ready for daily operations.
Identify gaps in workflow and suggest practical improvements to efficiency, service standards and the overall client experience.
Coordinate with the operations team on administrative matters, staffing schedules and other operational requirements.
4. Leadership & Development Towards ClinicManagement
Take increasing responsibility for daily operational coordination and the smooth running of the clinic.
Demonstrate initiative in resolving routine operational issues and following through on outstanding matters.
Support consistent service standards, accountability and teamwork within the clinic.
Work with the Medical Director and operations leadership to review clinic performance, improve processes and support business priorities.
Gradually develop the operational judgement, commercial understanding and leadership skills needed to progress towards full Clinic Manager responsibilities.
From time to time, you will also
provide secondary frontline support
to our co-located sister practice
, Private Space Medical
.
What We're Looking For
Experience and professional capabilities
At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in medical aesthetics, an aesthetic clinic or a comparable premium beauty environment.
Solid hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments, with the ability to deliver services confidently and professionally.
Demonstrated sales ability, including client consultation, treatment recommendations, follow-up and client relationship management.
Familiarity with aesthetic devices, skincare products and treatment protocols.
A relevant Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics is preferred.
Operational and leadership potential
Experience in a senior therapist, senior aesthetic consultant, team lead or similar role is an advantage.
A proactive and hands-on approach to daily operations, with the ability to identify what needs attention and follow through independently.
Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how client experience, service quality and sales performance contribute to clinic success.
The confidence to handle routine client and operational issues calmly, exercise sound judgement and know when to escalate matters.
A collaborative working style and the ability to work effectively with doctors, therapists, clinic staff and operations leadership.
Comfortable with rotating schedules, including weekends and retail operating hours.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are ready for more responsibility.
You do not need to have held a Clinic Manager title before, but you should already demonstrate the initiative, maturity and accountability expected of someone progressing towards that level.
