Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant Intern role based in Singapore. The intern will support daily office operations, including managing calendars, organizing files, and preparing basic documents and reports. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. The role also involves assisting with clerical tasks such as data entry, record keeping, photocopying, scanning, and updating internal databases. The intern will collaborate with executive and administrative staff to ensure smooth office workflows and may support scheduling of client meetings and internal events.
Qualifications
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizing files, managing schedules, and handling documentation.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and courteously with clients and colleagues.
  • Interest or experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting senior team members with scheduling and basic task coordination.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in business, finance, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Singapore and maintain a professional demeanor in a client-focused environment.
