Full Time Marketing and Ecommerce Executive Jobs, in Media Unboxx - Maukerja

About the role

You'll work across Media Unboxx, an integrated marketing agency, and a growing sister pet brand, giving you exposure to both agency marketing and building a consumer brand from the ground up. You should be comfortable wearing different hats: planning a small campaign, improving e-commerce sales, coordinating influencers, helping to run an event, working with creatives, or figuring out what to try next to bring in more customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve e-commerce presence across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and the company website
• Plan promotions, bundles, vouchers and seasonal campaigns to drive sales
• Monitor product performance, conversion, traffic and campaign results
• Identify opportunities to improve listings, merchandising and customer journey
• Work with the team on paid, organic and influencer activities that drive traffic and conversions
• Plan and execute small to mid-sized marketing campaigns from concept to launch
• Develop campaign mechanics, timelines and promotional ideas
• Coordinate with internal creative, content and digital teams to get campaigns executed
• Source, identify, reach out, negotiate and coordinate collaborations with influencers, KOLs and creators
• Prepare briefs and manage deliverables, timelines and postings for influencer campaigns

About you

• Around 2–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing or a related role
• Hands-on experience with at least one e-commerce platform
• Understand how marketing connects to traffic, conversion and sales
• Experience coordinating influencers or creators
• Can independently plan and execute smaller campaigns
• Organised and comfortable managing several moving pieces at once
• Can communicate confidently with vendors, creators, partners and internal teams
• Resourceful and willing to figure things out rather than wait for every step to be given
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME or entrepreneurial environment
