Responsibilities
Our restaurant Korean BBQ restaurant .
We are looking for below job scope.
1. Greet and welcome customer in a friendly and professional manner.
2. take food and beverage orders accurately.
3. Serve food and drinks to customers promptly.
4. Set up and clear tables before and after meals.
5. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
6. Assist customers with menu enquiries and requests.
7. Handle customer feedback and complaints politely.
8. Assist with cashier duties when required.
9. Replenish cutlery condiments and other dining supplies.
10. Perform ither duties assigned by the supervisor.
11. Good customer service attitude.
12. Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
13. Able to work shifts, weekends and public hilodays.
