The Role You'll have full accountability for production performance across Die Bond, Wire Bond, Encapsulation, Plating, Sawing, and Testing.

• Plan, develop, and adjust production schedules to meet operational demands
• Drive output, quality, and cost targets across all production areas
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support new process implementation
• Coordinate activities across production functions to ensure seamless workflow
• Review and strengthen operational procedures for continuous improvement
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-disciplinary production team
• Liaise with Production Planning to manage delivery timelines effectively

What We're Looking For A results-oriented leader with solid manufacturing credentials and strong people skills.

• Background in production or manufacturing management within the semiconductor or electronics industry
• Hands-on knowledge of key process areas such as Die Bond, Wire Bond, Encapsulation, and related processes
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to lead and engage teams in a high-output environment
• Effective communicator with experience working across cross-functional teams
