Full Time Senior Assistant Manager, Investigational Medicine Unit (2-year contract) Jobs, in Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd - Maukerja

SingHealth Investigational Medicine Unit (IMU) offers integrated services and support for early-phase clinical research. We are looking for a motivated and meticulous individual to join our research support team.

What You Will Do

As a member of the SingHealth IMU research support team, you will deliver trial-related services and serve as part of the administration team for clinical trials contracted to IMU.

Your responsibilities span across healthy volunteer recruitment — implementing and overseeing outreach campaigns using marketing tools, attending to public enquiries, updating the volunteer database, and assisting Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) in recruiting volunteers in accordance with protocol requirements.

You will also manage key administrative functions including organising meetings, maintaining office filing systems, and submitting monthly tracking worksheets to management. You will assist in the administration and logistics of training courses, seminars, and conferences for both internal and external participants.

You will oversee, mentor, and conduct on-the-job training for junior team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Science or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of secretarial and administrative experience
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Possesses initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Flexible about working hours due to events and projects handled by the department
