About The Job

As a Production Planner, you will manage master production schedules and material requirements to optimize manufacturing workflows and delivery timelines.

• Oversee master production schedules to ensure operational alignment with customer order timelines and plant capacity limits.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to mitigate material shortages and balance inventory holding levels.
• Evaluate shop-floor production metrics to identify operational bottlenecks and enhance scheduling accuracy.
• Direct cross-functional communication with sales, supply chain, and operations units to align manufacturing targets with business objectives.
• Support quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems across plant operations.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Minimum five years of experience in production planning or capacity control within a manufacturing setting, with senior-level exposure.
• Practical understanding of material requirement planning systems and enterprise resource planning software.
• Applied knowledge of shop-floor scheduling workflows, inventory control, and capacity planning.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
