• Conduct discovery to identify client operational pain points and build tailored business cases highlighting efficiency, risk reduction, and cost control.

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations of contract automation, legal research, and workflow platforms tailored to specific enterprise legal scenarios.

• Lead the solution response for complex RFPs and RFIs in close collaboration with sales and bid management teams.

• Present at industry webinars and customer events, positioning solution capabilities clear of market competition.

• Gather client feedback during the sales lifecycle and collaborate with internal product, marketing, and delivery teams to influence future solutions.

skills and experience required.

• Degree holder with 5 to 7 years of pre-sales, solution consulting, or customer success experience within legal software or legal content platforms.

• Deep knowledge of corporate legal operations, risk management demands, and the legal technology ecosystem, including enterprise AI applications.

• Proven track record of running client demonstrations and partnering directly with regional sales teams throughout the deal lifecycle.

• Consultative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills to engage effectively across legal, compliance, IT, and procurement teams.

• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical features into high-impact value propositions.
