Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a personalised and exceptional luxury shopping experience to every customer.
Understand customers’ needs and provide suitable product recommendations and styling advice.
Drive sales through proactive customer engagement, cross-selling, and upselling.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
Develop strong knowledge of the brand, collections, product features, materials, and craftsmanship.
Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory management, and general boutique operations.
Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand guidelines.
Assist with new launches, promotional activities, VIP events, and other boutique initiatives.
Requirements
Prior experience in
retail, luxury retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or customer service
is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Well-groomed, professional, and confident when engaging with customers.
Sales-driven and comfortable working towards individual and boutique targets.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
