Job Description

Requirements

  • Telemarketing / Telesales experience REQUIRED

  • Property telemarketing experience is an advantage

  • Good communication & persuasion skills

  • Confident in handling cold calls & customer objections

  • Target-driven and disciplined with follow-up

  • Mandarin speaker preferred

  • Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential property buyers

  • Follow up with leads provided by the company

  • Understand customer needs & qualify potential buyers

  • Introduce suitable property projects & promotions

  • Arrange appointments for our Property Sales Team

  • Follow up consistently via Call / WhatsApp

  • Update customer records & follow-up status

  • Achieve monthly call & appointment KPI
