Bachelor's Degree or LCCI in Accounting, Finance or a related field

1–2 years of accounting or finance experience

Proficiency in accounting software

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail

Knowledge of financial regulations

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Maintain accurate financial records and organise/archive financial documents

Manage billing end to end: invoicing, payment processing, follow-ups and billing enquiries

Prepare regular financial reports for management

Assist with budget preparation, expense management and budget monitoring

Analyse financial data to highlight trends, risks and opportunities

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Support internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings

Liaise with other departments on financial matters
