Full Time Technical Service Engineer - Coffee Machines Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 + bonus in Mister Coffee Malaysia Petaling Jaya - Maukerja

Diploma in a relevant technical field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in servicing technical equipment, preferably coffee machines.

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing technical faults.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage service schedules.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to outstation.

Able to work independently.

Perform routine maintenance and repair of various coffee machines.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with coffee equipment.

Install and set up new coffee machines for clients.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers on machine operation.

Maintain accurate service records and inventory of spare parts.

Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during all service activities.

Travel to various café or office sites daily

Educate café staff on proper daily cleaning and basic machine operation.
